United Methodist Women

The United Methodist Women's purpose is to experience whole personal freedom knowing God's desires through Jesus Christ. The general meeting is held monthly on the second Wednesday. Circles meet monthly to promote supportive fellowship and particiption in United Methodist mission programs locally and abroad.

"I belonged first to the World Friendship Girls. UMW came into beeing and we became a part of it. UMW is a combination of Women's Foreign Missionary Society and Home Missionary Soviety. UMW keeps me abreast of world and home concerns and in prayer for women world over." ~Mae Hensler
